ACC OPEN AUDITION DAY

Mountview Uniting Church, (Corner Whitehorse Rd and Doncaster East Rd, Mitcham)

An opportunity for any interested children to audition for entry into the choir in 2012. All boys and girls aged from 6 to 16 are welcome to apply! Tea and Coffee provided for parents, and there will also be a memorabilia and photograph display. ACC staff will be available to answer questions and provide any information about the choir and its activities.

CITY OF BANYULE CHRISTMAS CAROLS

Poulter Reserve, Poulter Avenue Greensborough (opposite Greensborough Station)

The ACC will lead the traditional carols for this event, accompanied by the Diamond Valley Brass Band.

3MBS studios, St Helier Street Abbotsford

The ACC will present a short performance of traditional Christmas Carols, conducted by Andrew Wailes.

Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre

The ACC will present a corporate pre-dinner performance for Bupa Health, conducted by Andrew Wailes.

CAROLS IN THE CATHEDRAL

St Paul’s Cathedral (Cnr. Swanston and Flinders Streets, opposite Federation Square)

Two magnificent traditional Christmas concerts, presented by the Royal Melbourne Philharmonic. Featuring over 200 voices of the RMP Choir, Melbourne University Choral Society, and The ACC, accompanied by RMP Brass and Percussion, Amir Farid and Stefan Casssomenos (piano), Jonathan Bradley (organ), and guest soloists Greta Bradman (soprano), Roy Best (tenor), Jacinta Dennett (harp) and Roland Rocchiccioli (reader). Conducted by Andrew Wailes. NOTE: Both concerts are already sold out !!!

CONCERT FOR THE BALLARAT ORGANS OF THE GOLDFIELDS FESTIVAL

Her Majesty’s Theatre, 17 Lydiard Street South Ballarat

The ACC will perform a one hour concert for this prestigious Festival, featuring some of the repertoire it performed in Europe, as well as other music by Australian, English and American composers, accompanied by Amir Farid (piano) conducted by Andrew Wailes

CONCERT FOR THE NATIONAL COUNCIL OF WOMEN OF VICTORIA

The ACC will perform a short recital for the National Council of Women of Victoria Inc’s “Young People Speak” Conference, as part of the “Celebrating 101 Years of International Women’s Day” events. Conducted by Andrew Wailes
